The U.S. Virgin Islands Vision 2040 will facilitate economic growth, job creation, and wealth generation. Vision 2040 will include a comprehensive, credible, collaborative, and community-based visioning process for a 20-year Vision for the economy of the Territory.

This initiative will involve collective feedback from members of the public, private and non-profit sectors in our Territory; residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands; and the diaspora of Virgin Islanders that live abroad.

In addition to a 20-year economic recovery and development strategy, Vision 2040 initiative will include:

• Target Competitive Industry Analysis;
• Energy Sector Development Analysis;
• Equity Capital Financing initiative promoting business growth; and
• Global Marketing Campaign.
