St Croix NEEDS new homes, new condos to sell!!  Our inventory is SO LOW!!  Be creative! We don’t have any “tiny homes” here -and I think they would be a big hit!  “Container homes” would be great here as well – and there are tracts of land that would work well for those!  There haven’t been any newly built condos here in over 20 years, and our inventory is at an all time low.  Different types of communities would work well here, like www.roam.co (very interesting concept), Glamping (www.glamping.com – above – for more info), retreat centers…the sky’s the limit!  So get creative and grab some land here while they are at rock bottom prices – and create something wonderful!
