Winter on our beautiful island, which is the definition of paradise itself, has now given way to SUMMER. Not spring, mind you! It certainly feels like full blown summer already! That, of course, makes beach time ever so luscious and the water so amazingly refreshing, so I am NOT COMPLAINING!!!  And by the way, if you ever hear any of us complaining, you have our permission to slap us immediately! We have absolutely NOTHING to complain about here on this beautiful island!

We are about to have the week long culinary extravaganza known as “Taste of St Croix.” So many fun and delicious events, from beach bar-b-que’s to Wine in the Warehouse to elegant vintner’s dinners, to the “main event” – Taste of St Croix – featuring more than 40 restaurants, caterers and farms!! The week long festivities showcase so much talent here on our island! If you haven’t participated, put this event on your “bucket list” if you are a “foodie” like I am! This is the 19th annual event, so you can count on many more to come!

Our inventory of homes and condos is still dreadfully low – and listings that are priced right are selling fast. We have a few nice new listings that we are showcasing here – don’t hesitate if you see something you like! And in this crazy market, you can make an offer contingent on seeing the property, provided you can get here within a couple of weeks. That’s a good strategy, since the “good stuff” sells so quickly!
