The St Croix Island Life Team has morphed again so we wanted to introduce our full-time agents to you again!

Mary Beth Salcedo

Mary Beth moved here about a year ago from California, where she ran a school district! So she’s very well equipped to run our little office AND sell real estate too! She’s quite the go getter, and so much fun to be around, that she has had great success in a short period of time with us! You’ll love working with her!

Kevin Shea

Kevin has been on island for a few years, most of which has been spent opening and running two restaurants out west (Louie and Nachos and Smoke), and now a third (read about it here – Asian Fusion). He was formerly a Realtor in the DC area and brings a lot to the table. While he works all over the island, he REALLY knows Frederiksted well, so if you’re more inclined toward that side of the island, you’ll find Kevin’s knowledge to be invaluable.

Joe Caruso

Joe, my buddy for 14 years here, was one of the first agents to join SCIL. He started out strong and has become one of the top agents on our island in 4 short years. His nickname here is “Nice Guy Joe;” that tells ya something I hope! He’s delightful and knows the island (and real estate) well.

Lisa Christiansen

Lisa is our truly “Cruzian” agent! She was born and raised here in St Croix and no one knows the island better than she does. She has practiced real estate here for a long time, and is a great source of local intel. She’s lots of fun, too!

Joel Ureta

Joel was the first agent to join SCIL; we recruited him because of his integrity, demeanor, and know-how. He’s originally from California, but has lived here for over 20 years. He so enjoys the water, fishing, and the lifestyle here. If you’re a fisherman or fisherwoman, you’ll really love working with Joel!

David Hall

David is one of our newer agents, hailing from the Maryland area. He just received a very special award from Zillow – and is in the top 1% of agents in the US! His “can do” demeanor and passion for helping people has earned him a lot of referral business, and he has hit the ground running here in St Croix. David also has a company that does property management here, and he handles all rentals for our firm.
