There are 120 real estate agents on the island of St. Croix.
30% of those have only sold 1 or 2 properties in all of 2022.
I’m happy to report that 7 of our 10 agents have each sold more than that!
(The three that didn’t are either new agents, adjunct agents who live elsewhere
and just refer business to us, or weren’t able to work due to illness or maternity leave.)
Of the 7, 4 of us had more than 10 “sides.”
Collectively, we have sold over $20,000,000 in 2022.
Island-wide, over $325,000,000 worth of real estate has been sold in 2022!
That’s 3.0% more than in 2021.
