Prior to the pandemic, we had the idea to offer those of you interested in moving to St Croix a long weekend hosted and guided by our agents to thoroughly introduce you to the island, show you real estate offerings in the categories and price ranges that interest you, and offer fun activities to introduce you to “Island Life”. So of course, when covid hit, this idea had to be tabled.We are optimistic that we can offer this idea in 2022, and want to give you an opportunity to sign up now!!

“Explore St Croix” Getaways

Here’s what you can expect for your 4 night/3 day stay:

Accommodations in the newly remodeled and opened Victoria House,
located in downtown Frederiksted across from the sea.
Cocktail parties with live music and tasty food.
Informative, fun, and interactive sessions with local real estate agents to help you
better understand “Island Life” and renting and buying in St Croix
Tours of the island and property tours.
A plethora of fun and exciting activities to choose from,
including horseback riding in the rainforest and ocean, off-road vehicle tours, a Buck Island tour,
diving, snorkeling tours, a Botanical Garden tour, Shopping in Christiansted, museum tours,
zip-lining, or just lazing on one or more of our beautiful beaches.
Delicious meals in popular restaurants (breakfasts and dinners are included in the price).
And a glorious sunset sail with live music.
We will make all the arrangements (except your flight arrangements) to customize your long weekend stay
so that you will have a carefree, stress-free, and comprehensive experience of our beautiful island
and sample the wonderful things it has to offer.

March 31 – April 4
April 7 – 11
April 14 – 18

Price Includes:

Parties/happy hour events
Sunset sail that includes drinks and snacks
On-island transportation for activities we’ve planned for the group and you individually
3 Breakfasts and 3 dinners (dinners include wine)
Tips (except for your lunches and anything you pay for individually)
4 Nights lodging
Island and property tours
Sessions with experienced agents to learn about island life and buying property here

You’ll be responsible to secure your flight arrangements and airfare, buy your lunches and beverages,
and there will be charges for any activities you select that are commercial activities
(i.e., diving, horseback riding, etc.).

Price:

$1700 for a single
$2300 for a couple
Two couples sharing a 2 bedroom suite $4000

Terms:

First come, first served.
50% deposit required upon registration, the remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
If you have to cancel, you can do so 30 or more days prior to your arrival with no penalty. After that date, you’ll forfeit your deposit, unless you are able to apply it to another date.
