HOMES / CONDOS – The rental market in St Croix is still very daunting. It’s nearly impossible to find a reasonably priced long term rental here, and even vacation rentals are hard to come by. We have so many folks here doing many exciting things, and as a result, many would-be sellers are electing to rent their places out (at ridiculously high rates) and others who normally rented their homes on the vacation rental market are choosing these high paying long term tenants instead.

CARS – It’s also nearly impossible to rent a car here. We are told there are no more cars here to rent until sometime in March.
