Kevin moved to St. Croix in November 2017 from Washington DC. There, he spent five years as a licensed realtor focusing on the DC, Maryland and Virginia markets. Kevin’s initial move to St. Croix was spurred by an opportunity to try his hand in the restaurant world. He and his partners opened Louie & Nacho’s Beach Bar in January of 2018 on the west end of St. Croix. With the restaurant off the ground and business thriving, Kevin was able to find his way back to his true passion, selling real estate. He worked swiftly to reinstate his license in the Virgin Islands, and hit the ground running. The same work ethic, professionalism. and attention to detail which led him to great success in the DC market, quickly made him a valuable asset to the St. Croix Island Life team. When not at work, Kevin enjoys working with the many animal rescues that operate here on St. Croix. Of course, this inevitably led to him adopting, Ghost, a coconut retriever rescue dog of his own.
