Hi, and welcome to St. Croix Island Life! After working for several firms in St. Croix over a dozen years, my partner and I started this company in 2014 for a myriad of reasons:

1. To offer superior tools and resources to help educate people about life in St. Croix (because people are buying a “lifestyle” here - not just a home)
2. To provide a highly desirable work environment that would allow us to attract top-notch agents to serve buyers and sellers; and
3. To help sellers attract buyers by accurately and beautifully representing their property and widely marketing and advertising it.

We strive to do these things better than any other firm here in St. Croix and are proud of our rapid success. At the end of 2021, our firm, which is significantly smaller than many other firms here on the island, ranked 4th out of the 27 real estate companies here, based on dollar volume (closed sales). As the Broker of the firm, I focus most of my efforts on training, supporting our agents, securing new listings, and marketing.
