Mary Beth Salcedo will be assuming the role of Managing Broker for SCIL real estate effective June 1, 2022. Mary Beth has been with the firm for three years and has proven to be an outstanding agent with excellent leadership skills. She’s basically been “running the show” during Kim’s extended trips to Portugal, so this is a natural transition for the team.

Kim will be officially stepping down as Managing Broker on June 1. She will continue to own the company and have some “behind the scenes” duties, but she will no longer be actively working with buyer customers.
