Happy Holidays from SCIL!

It’s hard to believe 2022 is about to come to an end! But the island is in FULL party mode – getting back to normal and people seem to be enjoying “gathering” for all the fun events that happen on this beautiful island this time of year. Our first “Jump Up’” in three years was held the Friday after Thanksgiving and by all counts was well attended and a lot of fun! The Boat Parade is coming up and there are lots of other fun events to enjoy this season. It has been a good year for real estate, although things seem to be slowing down a little. And, it has been a good year for St. Croix, as you’ll see from the new developments and “news” about the island.
