Hope your 2023 is off to a great start!

Some exciting changes going on here in St Croix!  Our island was recently designated as a National Heritage Area!  And the Governor signed legislation legalizing Marijuana here.  No plans or roll-out strategy, but movement!

The real estate market is still pretty hot here, although not as hot as this time last year.  Definitely some “cooling” – with prices getting back to a more normal level, and sales down for homes and condos, compared with January 2022.

On the bright side, our inventory is finally increasing – 7.5% more homes on the market than in January 2022, and 58% more condos on the market than Jan. 2022!  And while we still have a good inventory of land (367 parcels for sale), that number has decreased by about 12%.  There seems to be quite a bit of construction happening on the island!

Now’s a great time to come visit St Croix! The weather is great (the Christmas Winds have overstayed their welcome, actually!  But it’s nice and balmy!).  And if you can come before the end of April, you can get some great discounts!
