It’s so nice to see people’s faces once again, and the beautiful weather here is keeping smiles on all our faces!
The island is busier than ever and there’s an air of optimism here due to the decline of Covid cases, the influx of people, the new places opening up, and the improvements we are seeing (roads are getting paved, several areas are getting “cleaned up,” and jobs are plentiful!)
The housing and condo markets here are absolutely BOOMING – with properties selling within a week of being listed, many times selling above asking price. So if you are interested in buying property here, we suggest you get cozy with a Realtor (preferably an Island Life one!) and make sure they know exactly what you are looking for and what you’re willing to pay so you can be alerted when matching properties hit the market. You’ll need to act fast, but if you work with us, we will do everything we can to make you comfortable making an offer. And you’ll have a two-week period to get out of a deal for any reason or for no reason at all.
If you are looking for land and wish to build, there are plenty of lots for sale, and finally, there’s a builder here (Donald Stevens) that can help you design and build your home in less than a year for significantly less than traditional concrete construction would cost.

The 1st quarter statistics are interesting and certainly point to a strong seller’s market. How long will this last? Who knows – but the way this place is growing and improving – the stampede to the island could continue for a while! This means prices will hold steady or go up.
