The Victoria House is located right downtown in Frederiksted, across the street from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Accommodations include four one-bedroom units and two apartments with two bedrooms. It’s a perfect spot for those interested in exploring the quaint town, enjoying a variety of restaurants, diving and snorkeling the crystal blue waters, and learning more about our island. St Croix Island Life plans to host weekend retreats here, starting in April, for those of you interested in having a bit of a “guided introduction” to the island from our experienced professional real estate agents!

The Victoria House was built in the late 18th century and has housed many prominent Frederiksted merchants and citizens. Its distinctive gingerbread trim was added after the house was partially burned in the “Fireburn” labor insurrection of 1878. The Gardine Family has owned it since 1946. The property has recently been lovingly renovated and restored, preserving as many of the original features as possible.
